"Hello, I'm Lisbeth. What I love most about working in education is

seeing the growth, development and change in a student over time.

As a high school teacher we have students at our school for 6 years, so the changes you see in a student from year 7, all the way through to year 12 are phenomenal. I love seeing a year 12 student exit that gate at the end of year 12 ready to take on the world. As an educator over the past couple of years it has been a little bit like riding a rollercoaster. There have been many ups and downs and you really have to hold on tight, but our aim in education is to get the students out to society, out into the work force and when you see that happen, it really makes the rollercoaster ride worthwhile."
