"For me, I had a bit of a different one. I had a variety of different jobs and after working in the maximum-security prison system, you see kids who are too far gone, and you can't really do that much for them. So for me, I did my university journey, then came back and my highlight of teaching is seeing the kids outside of school when they come to see you by choice because I never had teachers who wanted to do that in their own time. Also, the kids who left many years ago, who still run up and want to hug you, shake your hand, say 'Hey Mack Dog, how you going?'. That literally makes my day and makes me feel proud in front of my wife and kids that they see other people responding to me like that. Yeah, that is pretty amazing. It's a pretty amazing job. Keep teaching, we do it well! "
