"I think after teaching for many years the thing that gives me the most enjoyment is when I take children to things like debating or Readers Cup competitions where they spend all of this extra time, in their own time, working towards an extra-curricular activity and they have success, and they just grow as students. They may have left school for a couple of years, and they come back and thank me for the time that we spent together and developing them as students."
