"A pivotal moment in my teaching career is probably like when students at graduation say stuff about you it really affects you, but I think the biggest moment was when I went to do a speech as a Year Coordinator, and I got a huge round of applause before I even spoke for 2 minutes. Those are the sorts of things that really affect you as being a teacher."
